It is so great that we have made sure these kids could grow up with a ton of cousins like we got to.  We all had so much fun with each other.  Yes, they are second (?) cousins,but we don't tell them that.  They all have such a blast together.  To make sure they get a lot of time together, so we let them all, I mean ALL, sleep on the floor in Dick and Joyce's room (How in the WORLD did we get away with that???)

Getting these kids to calm down for bed time is a ridiculous task, so I pulled out the best book ever - (The True Story of the Three Little Pigs- if you have kids and don't own this book, buy it now) Worked like a charm.

Small Girl's Weekend at Melinda's

Val, Myrna, Melinda and her girls, Charlie and me got up super early to hit the farmer's market.  Val brought a HUGE spread of Pella Pastries.  Such a treat!

It was nice to have a small catch up, even though it was only one day.  With no family reunion, it was nice to get a visit in
